Weather & Outdoor Event Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
True Moment provides many outdoor events in South Florida. Outdoor conditions can change quickly, and safety and site requirements may affect an event even when earlier forecasts appeared favorable.
Conditions That May Affect an Event
Outdoor events may be affected by rain, thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds, flooding, extreme weather, unsafe beach or park conditions, and government or venue closures or restrictions.
Safety
Safety takes priority over installing structures or decor in unsafe conditions. True Moment may delay, modify, pause, or decline an installation when weather or site conditions make the planned setup unsafe or impractical.
Available Options
When reasonably possible and subject to availability, True Moment may work with the client to adjust the time, relocate to a suitable alternative, reschedule, or provide a credit toward a future date where applicable. The available option depends on timing, site access, materials, vendors, and the circumstances of the booking.
Refunds and Incurred Costs
A weather-related change does not automatically qualify for a cash refund. Expenses already incurred for fresh flowers, custom products, third-party rentals, venues, transportation, or other non-recoverable costs may remain non-refundable.
Client Cooperation
The client should remain reachable and make timely decisions when conditions are uncertain. Venue, park, beach, yacht, and government restrictions continue to apply.
Related Policy
The Cancellation & Refund Policy also applies to rescheduling, credits, and non-recoverable expenses.
