Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern event styling, decor, setup, rental, and related services provided by True Moment in Miami, Florida. A client’s written approval, payment, or submission of a booking request does not reserve a date unless and until the required payment has been received.
Services
The services, package details, quantities, timing, location, and any included third-party services are those stated in the client’s written quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. Items or services not specifically included are additional.
Booking and Reservation
A booking is not considered reserved until the required payment or deposit has been received. For a standard reservation, 50% of the agreed service total is required to reserve the date. Same-day or last-minute bookings may require 100% payment to confirm the reservation.
Payments
The remaining balance must be paid before the event begins. Card or invoice payments may be subject to an additional processing fee, which will be disclosed before payment. Zelle or other approved payment methods may be offered where available.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details, timely decisions, lawful instructions, and a safe location suitable for the requested setup. The client is responsible for obtaining approvals from property owners, venues, or authorities unless True Moment expressly agrees in writing to handle a specific approval.
Event Location and Access
The client is responsible for ensuring timely and lawful access for setup and breakdown. For private property, hotels, rental properties, restaurants, yachts, venues, parks, beaches, or other controlled locations, the client must confirm that the event and setup are permitted unless True Moment agrees otherwise in writing.
Venue fees, permits, parking, entrance fees, yacht or boat fees, private-property rental fees, and other third-party charges are separate unless specifically included in the written package or quote.
Setup and Breakdown
True Moment will use reasonable care to perform setup and breakdown within the access times provided. Delayed access, venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate client information may limit or change what can be installed within the available time.
Outdoor Events
Outdoor services are subject to weather, site conditions, venue rules, and safety requirements. The separate Weather & Outdoor Event Policy forms part of these Terms.
Changes to the Event
Changes to the date, location, timing, design, guest count, package, or services require True Moment’s approval and may affect availability, preparation, or price. Customized materials and costs already incurred may not be recoverable.
Late Arrival
Client lateness does not automatically extend a venue reservation, park closing time, rental period, vendor service time, or other time-limited booking.
Third-Party Venues and Vendors
Third-party venues and vendors operate independently and may impose their own rules, fees, schedules, or cancellation terms. True Moment is not responsible for their acts, omissions, closures, delays, or service failures, except to the extent responsibility cannot be limited under applicable law.
Rental and Decor Property
Decor, equipment, candles, structures, signage, tables, cushions, vessels, props, and other rental items provided by True Moment remain True Moment property unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Damage or Loss
The client may be responsible for damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning caused by the client or the client’s guests. Reasonable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs may be charged when supported by the circumstances.
Photography and Media
True Moment may photograph its own decor and setup where legally permitted. Booking does not automatically grant unrestricted permission to publish identifiable client photographs. Where consent is required or requested for identifiable promotional content, True Moment may obtain that consent separately.
Limitation of Responsibility
True Moment is not responsible for delays, restrictions, or losses caused by inaccurate client information, denied or delayed access, venue or government requirements, third-party providers, unsafe conditions, weather, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot be limited by law.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The separate Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, credits, and non-recoverable costs. Any written exception agreed to by True Moment controls for that booking.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting these Terms in the full booking request and completing the required reservation payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed the applicable package or quote and the policies linked here.
