POLICIES
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and credits are handled for True Moment bookings.
Reservation Payment
The initial reservation payment or deposit secures the requested date and supports preparation for the event. Cancellation terms will be communicated before booking.
Non-Refundable Period
A deposit becomes non-refundable when the booking enters the applicable non-refundable preparation period. Under True Moment’s standard policy, payments and deposits become non-refundable within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled event.
Customized and Non-Recoverable Costs
Amounts already committed to customized materials, fresh flowers, third-party rentals, venues, yachts, photographers, videographers, custom signage, transportation, or other non-recoverable costs may be non-refundable once those costs have been incurred, including when a cancellation occurs outside the standard 72-hour period.
No-Show and Late Arrival
A client’s failure to attend or significant lateness does not automatically qualify for a refund. Client lateness does not automatically extend venue access, a rental period, park or beach hours, or vendor service time.
Rescheduling and Credits
Any approved rescheduling or credit is subject to availability. A new date, location, or scope may require price adjustments or additional third-party charges. A credit is not guaranteed unless True Moment confirms it in writing.
Written Exceptions
Any exception agreed to by True Moment in writing controls for that specific booking.
Applicable Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
